EMOTIONAL SCALE
Esther
and Jerry Hicks have introduced a very effective process for the care
and feeding of your mind and it's ability to create a more peaceful,
joyful and purposeful existence. In other words your thoughts and your
feelings create emotions in you which lead the way in your life.
Choosing your thoughts consciously is the way to take more control of
your life and to bring forth positive change.
Esther and Jerry tell us that our
thoughts and the way that they are framed in our mind determine
outcomes. It is important to understand if our thoughts are moving us in
a positive direction or spiraling us down in to hopelessness and
despair. They have revealed a scale of emotions which can be useful when
attempting to understand our own thought processes and which direction
we are headed in. According to this scale, you just might be surprised
at the direction some of your thoughts are sending you in. However, it
is always possible to reach for the next happiest thought, even if it
does not seem all that positive. If you can manage to move up the scale
at any level better outcomes will be possible.
